We will also take a look at the neighbourhood <strong>Mercado de Triana<\/strong>, a local market built on the ruins of the former headquarters of the Inquisition. This place is bustling with life and the smells of fresh produce. During the walk we will stop at <strong>tapas tasting in two local bars<\/strong>hidden off the tourist trail. We will also learn the remarkable story of the sailors of the <strong>Triany<\/strong>, from the Monastery of Our Lady of Good Air, who sailed to the New World and left a very important mark all the way across the ocean.
