Minors

Only persons 14 years of age or older may provide personal data on this website. In accordance with the requirements of the LOPD and GDD, in the case of minors under the age of 14, the consent of their parents or guardians is mandatory for us to process their personal data.

Exercise of user rights

The Data Protection Act (LOPD) and the RODO regulation grant data subjects the right to exercise a number of rights in relation to the processing of their personal data. To do so, the User must provide proof of identity (identity card or passport) by email to info@anitafabisiak.com or in writing to the address stated in our Legal Notice. This message must contain the following information: the User's name, the purpose of the request, the address and additional information.

The exercise of rights shall be carried out by the User personally. However, they may be signed by a person authorised as the User's legal representative upon presentation of documentation confirming such representation.

The user may request the exercise of the following rights:

• The right to request access to your personal data, i.e. the right to be informed whether your personal data is being processed, for what purpose the processing is being carried out, as well as information about the source of the data and any communications made or planned.
• The right to request rectification if personal data is inaccurate or inaccurate, as well as the deletion of data deemed insufficient or excessive.

Data storage

Personal data of Users using the contact form or sending us an e-mail requesting information will be processed for the time necessary to respond to the request for information or until the consent given is revoked.

Customers' personal data will be processed until the end of the contractual relationship. The retention period for personal data will be the minimum necessary and may be maintained until:

• 4 years: Offences and Sanctions in Social Order Act (obligations regarding affiliation, registration, deregistration, contributions, payment of wages, etc.); Art. 66 et seq. General tax law (accounts...).
• 5 years: Art. Civil Code 1964 (personal acts without special term).
• 6 years: art. 30 Commercial Code (accounts, invoices, etc.).
• 10 years: the Art. 25 of the Anti-Money Laundering and Countering the Financing of Terrorism Act.
• No deadline: data separated and anonymised.

 

In turn, the data of Users subscribed to the newsletter will be stored indefinitely until the consent given is revoked.

For the processing of candidate data (CV), "ANITA FABISIAK" may keep your CV for a maximum of two years for inclusion in future interviews, unless the candidate decides otherwise.

Social networks

"ANITA FABISIAK" has a profile on some of the main social networks on the Internet, recognising in all cases the person responsible for the processing of the data of its observers, fans, subscribers, commenters and other User profiles (hereinafter referred to as observers) published by "ANITA FABISIAK".

The purpose of data processing by "ANITA FABISIAK", unless prohibited by law, will be to inform its observers of its activities and offers, using any means permitted by the social network, and to provide personalised customer service. A candidate who sends electronic communications to "ANITA FABISIAK", in order to access the personnel selection processes of the person in charge, authorises us to analyse the documents submitted (for example, CVs), all the content that can be directly accessed through search engines (for example, Google), the profiles he or she maintains on professional social networks (for example, LinkedIn), the data he or she obtains at pre-testing and the information he or she discloses at interview, in order to assess his or her candidacy and the possibility, if applicable, of offering him or her a job. If the candidate is not selected, "ANITA FABISIAK" may keep his/her CV. for a maximum period of two years, which will be taken into account for future recruitments, unless the candidate states otherwise. The legal basis for the processing is the consent of the data subject, which can be revoked at any time.

Confidentiality

The information provided by the User will in any case be considered confidential and may not be used for any purpose other than that described herein. "ANITA FABISIAK" undertakes not to disclose or divulge information about the User's claims, the reasons for the advice requested or the duration of the relationship with the User.
